After the crushing defeat in Maharashtra elections, leaders of Maha Vikas Aghadi are continuously raising questions on EVMs. The latest statement is from Uddhav group MP Sanjay Raut. Raut has called EVM a fraud. He said that, we have been raising questions on this for the last 10 years. When Congress was in power, BJP had raised questions on EVMs. This leader of the Uddhav faction said that EVM is a fraud in this country and if there are no EVMs then BJP will not get even 25 seats in the entire country.
He further said that we do not accept the results of Maharashtra and Haryana, hold elections on ballot paper and we will accept the results. What justice will we get in a Parliament where the Leader of the Opposition’s mike is switched off for raising the issue of corruption? If the Supreme Court is not giving us justice then what justice will the Parliament give us?

Less counting of votes on 76 seats- Priyanka Chaturvedi
At the same time, Uddhav faction’s MP and spokesperson Priyanka Chaturvedi has also cornered BJP on the issue of EVM. Priyanka said that whether it is Haryana or Maharashtra…in Maharashtra, newspapers are regularly reporting that there is a difference between the votes polled and the votes counted in 95 out of 288 assembly seats. There are about 76 such seats which show that fewer votes have been counted than were polled and 19 such seats which show that more votes have been counted than were polled. In such a situation, the question is whether EVM is being made a medium and these questions are being raised from all sides. The voters are already coming. At the same time, they are also coming from political parties. Is it possible that the election outcome is being influenced? Action should be taken on this. This is a topic of wide discussion.

Priyanka calls BJP ‘Power Hungary’
Regarding the post of CM, Priyanka said that it has been so many days since the results came but till now it has not been decided who will be the CM. If the name of Devendra Fadnavis has been decided then announce it quickly. Why are you depriving the people of Maharashtra of the promises made to them? This tussle that is going on, these people do not take any decision without tussle. These people are so power hungry that they have got such a huge majority and till now the people of Maharashtra do not know who will be their CM. This is an insult to the mandate.
