The dacoits who brought the truck tied up the employees posted in the warehouse and looted goods worth about Rs 30 lakh. After the departure of the dacoits, the freed employees informed the police about the matter. After this the police has started investigating the matter.
Here, the news of the incident reached the nearby people and within no time this news went viral. Everyone is surprised to hear this news. This incident took place late on Sunday night in the warehouse located at Akauna Mor in Amas police station area of Gaya. According to the information, garlic worth about Rs 15 to 20 lakh and flour worth Rs 10 to 15 lakh were kept in the warehouse. Next day, goods were to be supplied from this warehouse to the markets of the district. The warehouse owner had deployed three people here for guarding.
Incident by taking employees hostage
Meanwhile, around midnight, about a dozen miscreants reached the warehouse in a truck. As soon as these miscreants arrived, they took the employees hostage and threw them aside. After this, the main gate was opened and the truck was taken inside the warehouse and within one and a half hour, 150 packets of garlic and 150 packets of flour were loaded into the truck and left from there. According to the employees, after knowing the miscreants, they freed themselves with great difficulty and informed the warehouse owner and the police about the matter.
Police engaged in investigation with the help of dog squad
On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and registered a case against unknown miscreants. According to the police, while leaving, the miscreants also took away the CCTV cameras and DVR installed in the warehouse. In such a situation, the police has currently started investigating the case with the help of dog squad and forensic squad. According to the police, the police have received some inputs regarding this incident. On the basis of this input, efforts are being made to identify the miscreants. The miscreants will be arrested soon.
