After the death of the mother, the Naib Tehsildar of Bithoor had on January 21, 2012 removed the name of the younger one and registered the names of the three daughters in Khatauni. Naib Tehsildar Bithoor, working on June 15, 2016, met the opponents of the family and without listening to the side of the three sisters, on September 1, 2017, struck off their names and registered the name of the deceased Nanhi in Khatauni. That is, the land was written in the name of the dead mother.

According to the law, permission has to be taken from the government before filing a case against a government officer, but in this case the court said that the fraud committed by the public servant was not a part of the responsibility of his post. Therefore, there is no need to take permission from the government in this matter.
