Mystery of ‘second key’ of basement: Conspiracy hatched with bank employees

As the investigation is progressing, layers of this dark game going on inside the temple are being revealed. Tinnu Yadav was given the responsibility of taking the valuables and cash offered by the devotees from the collection box (donation box) of Ram temple to the safe room in the basement for counting. According to information received from sources, one key of this secret room remained with Tinnu Yadav, while the other key was safe with the bank employees. Tinnu did not carry out this crime alone, rather he created a deep nexus with the bank employees. During the counting of notes, the amount was cleverly made to disappear and later a large part of the stolen money was distributed among Tinnu and the bank employees. Three days ago, when Ayodhya police raided Tinnu’s house, a huge amount of cash was recovered from there.

That dreadful turn of secret interrogation and resignation of Champat Rai

How intense the heat of this scam was, can be gauged from the fact that as soon as the theft case became public, on June 27, Champat Rai immediately resigned from the post of General Secretary of Ram Mandir Trust and along with him trustee Anil Mishra resigned from their posts. Recently, UP Police has also recorded the confidential statement of Champat Rai. However, the administration has kept it completely secret as to when, where and for how long he was interrogated. If sources are to be believed, the police has asked Champat Rai to provide the tally of offerings, documents of the time of alleged misappropriation and audit report. Now it remains to be seen how many more white-collared people will be caught by the law who are tarnishing this sacred place.
