MP: Blast in a house in Morena…3 houses turned into debris; 2 women sleeping inside died

A heart-wrenching case has come to light from Morena district of Madhya Pradesh. Two women died on the spot due to a blast in a house here on Tuesday night. Whereas, 4 to 5 people have been injured in this entire accident. All the injured people have been admitted to the nearest hospital for treatment. At the same time, the bodies of the deceased have been taken into custody and sent for post-mortem. At present the reasons for the blast have not been known yet.

The incident took place in Rathore Colony, Tunch Road, under the Kotwali police station of Morena city, where suddenly between 12 to 1 am on Tuesday night, a massive explosion occurred in a two-storey house. Three houses have collapsed in this blast. Two houses adjacent to the house where the blast took place have also been completely damaged. As soon as the blast occurred, there was panic in the entire colony. Local people reached the spot in a hurry.

2 women died

Neighbors immediately informed the police about the incident. After which the police reached the spot and informed the rescue team and ambulance about the matter. Police and rescue team took out the bodies of 2 women and 4 to 5 injured people from the blasted house. It is suspected that the firecrackers kept in the house had exploded. However, the police have not yet clarified the situation in this entire matter. Superintendent of Police (SP) Sameer Saurabh, who reached the spot, said that the matter is being investigated.

Three houses were damaged

It is difficult to say anything right now. The situation will become clear only after investigation. It is being told that the house where the blast took place belongs to a person named Rakesh Rathore. His wife Vidya Rathore (55) was trapped inside the house at the time of the incident. Due to which he died. Apart from this, a woman named Pooja Rathore has also died on the spot in this blast. Two houses of Akash Rathore living near the house where the blast took place have also been completely damaged. Akash Rathore told that as soon as the explosion occurred, smoke spread everywhere. The debris bounced and fell a long distance.
