A case of theft has come to light from Noida Sector 38A, where not one or two but goods worth Rs 25 lakh were stolen from Reliance Smart Bazaar located in the famous GIP Mall. It is being told that the theft was committed by employees who had previously worked in Smart Bazaar. The manager of the store has registered a case against some unknown people in this matter.
The assistant manager of the store, Amit Kumar, has lodged a case with the police against unknown people, on the basis of which the police is investigating the matter. The assistant manager said that valuables were continuously being stolen from his store for more than four months. From July 1 to November 18, many valuable items including almonds, cashew nuts, lotion, ghee boxes and clothes were stolen.
There was a loss of Rs 25 lakh
Assistant Manager Amit Kumar told that due to theft in so many months, the store has suffered a loss of Rs 25 lakh. He said that there were continuous losses, the reason for which was now revealed to be that goods were being stolen. The manager has expressed suspicion of his old employees committing theft. The police have also registered a complaint on this and have started investigating the matter. It is being told that the thieves will be caught soon.
Money transfer lock was broken
Even before this, recently valuable goods worth lakhs of rupees were stolen from Reliance Smart Market of GIP Mall. Thieves broke the lock of a money transfer shop and stole Rs 1.5 lakh in cash, mobile phones and other valuables. This incident was also investigated by the police. Now once again many things including boxes of cashews, almonds, ghee have been disappeared from Reliance’s smart market.
