According to the information, this entire matter is from Sector 113 of Noida, where a boy named Rohit Jakhmola, living there, met a girl in November 2023. Rohit had invited the girl to his flat to attend his birthday party. The girl made the excuse of being a stranger and refused to go to the flat. After this Rohit called her to meet him in a cafe.

When the girl was drunk, Rohit started doing obscene acts with her. When the girl protested against the obscene acts in the same condition, Rohit and his two friends, Swapnil and Hari Mangal, took her on a bike and took her to NH-9. Where she fell from the bike and got hurt.

After the injury, Rohit took him back to the flat and fed him food and also gave him medicine. After this he forcibly asked her to stay in the flat. When the girl asked to go back, Rohit forced her. After this he committed rape with the girl. When the young woman complained about the entire matter to the police, no hearing took place after which the girl had to go to court.
