In view of the Delhi Assembly elections, Aam Aadmi Party has released the first list of 11 candidates on Thursday. In this, the names of some of our sitting MLAs have been deleted. One of these assembly seats is Seelampuri seat. The ticket of sitting Aam Aadmi Party MLA Abdul Rehman has been cut from here. Chaudhary Zubair Ahmed, who recently joined Aam Aadmi Party from Congress, has got the ticket from here.
TV9 Bharatvarsh spoke to Abdul Rehman, MLA of Aam Aadmi Party from Seelampur Assembly. During this he said, my politics was not on the ticket. I started my career as an independent candidate. Victory is never assured by ticket. One has to work hard for that. One has to fight for it. This is Seelampur assembly seat, where iron grams have to be chewed.
Kejriwal is afraid of Modi ji
He said, ever since Arvind Kejriwal has returned from jail, I feel that he has lost his mental balance. They are so afraid of Modi ji that they feel that they can win only by doing anything to break people away from BJP and Congress and make them fight.
Abdul Rehman says that he does not feel that Aam Aadmi Party will form the government this time. Even if the Aam Aadmi Party forms the government, it is better to win the elections by contesting as an independent candidate rather than being a weak MLA in the Aam Aadmi Party. Or win by fighting with some other good party.
They forget that Mayawati also thought the same
He said, it is more fun to work for people with independent thoughts rather than living in front of a dictator. Kejriwal feels that votes are cast in his name only. Whoever he puts up will make him win but he forgets that Mayawati also thought the same. See today that Mayawati ji neither has any MLA nor any MP.

Abdul Rehman says that the sitting MLAs whose tickets have been cut were protesting against his policies. On the survey that Aam Aadmi Party leaders are talking about, Abdul Rehman says that the survey was never conducted. To mislead people, Kejriwal makes the excuse that a survey is being conducted. They just have to act as per their wish. He said, I am not one of those people who become martyrs sitting at home. There will definitely be some way forward for me.
