The deceased youth has been identified as Manish Kumar, son of Ranjit Rai, resident of Chamtha Panchayat 1 of Bachhwara police station area. Regarding this incident, the deceased’s father Ranjit Rai has told that last night his nephew’s tilak ceremony was going on. Meanwhile, two youths from the same village came and started abusing. He told that when I protested against the abuses and ruckus, the bullies got angry and vandalized my shop. When I protested against this, the bullies beat my son to death with bricks and stones.
Police arrested the accused

Police reached the spot and took one accused into custody. The accused is being questioned by the police. The body was taken into its custody and sent to Begusarai Sadar Hospital for post-mortem and further action is being taken.
