These days the air quality in the country’s capital Delhi remains in very poor category. Apart from Delhi, the air remains poisonous in many states of the country. Even in Bihar’s capital Patna, people are in the grip of poisonous air. AQI has crossed 400 in Hajipur including Patna. Which is considered a very bad category. In such a situation, even breathing is no less than a danger for the people. But people are forced to breathe suffocating air. Different AQI have been recorded in different states.
People are worried due to pollution in Hajipur. Toxic air remains fatal for people in many districts of the state. According to the Central Pollution Control Board, AQI is very bad in many areas of the capital Patna. Different AQI has been recorded in different areas. AQI 309 was recorded in Karimganj of Gaya district and AQI 333 was recorded in Buddha Colony of Muzaffarpur.
AQI is less than 200 in these areas
Apart from Delhi, bad AQI is proving fatal for the people in Bihar. However, in some districts of the state the AQI is less than 200. AQI remains below 200 in Siwan, Sasaram, Samastipur and Saharsa. Whereas in Munger, Motihari and Kishanganj AQI has been recorded up to 170. Whereas in Katihar, Buxar, Bihar Sharif, AQI reached 275.

According to the Central Pollution Control Board, AQI remains normal except in some areas of the state. There is not much danger to people from this. It is important for people to follow the suggested measures to avoid serious category of pollution. People’s concern is increasing due to the continuously increasing AQI. But in such a situation, people should avoid going to areas with high pollution and can also use face masks while going out of the house.
