The revenue of the Indian Global Capability Center industry will reach 100 billion dollars i.e. Rs 8.2 lakh crore by 2030. In a recently released report, it has been claimed that by 2030, the business of GCC industry will increase and about 25 lakh new people will also get jobs.
According to the report of Title, there are currently a total of 17,00 GCCs in the country, whose annual revenue is 64.6 billion dollars and about 19 lakh people are employed through them. It is expected to increase further in the future and currently the number of GCCs in the country is continuously increasing, a record increase has been registered in the last 5 years.
Will be equipped with AI capabilities
Indian GCCs are developing their capabilities. According to the report, 70 percent of GCCs will adopt AI technology. Apart from this, GCCs are not only teaching basic skills to people, but are also focusing on teaching them skills like machine learning.
Cost of living is low in India

For this reason, foreign companies are coming to the country and without compromising on quality. She is doing good work. It has been claimed in the report that due to low cost of labor and infrastructure expenses in India, the demand for India in the corporate sector has increased for foreign companies.
Bengaluru has become GCC hub
Bengaluru tops in terms of GCC workforce. According to the report of TeamLease Digital, Bengaluru has emerged as the first choice for IT for 36 percent people. Whereas, Hyderabad contributes 14 percent to GCC clients. Mumbai and Pune contribute 31 percent, in which high technology and automotive industries are the main ones. Apart from this, Delhi-NCR’s contribution is 22 percent, in which the focus has been on skills like oil and gas, AWS, IT and data analytics.
