The Meteorological Center in Patna said that today there is a possibility of heavy rains with wind and thunderstorms at Bhojpur, Buxar, Rohtas, Arwal, Jehanabad, Patna, Nalanda, Sheikhpura, Begusarai, Lakhisarai, Jamui, Munger, Banka, Bhagalpur and Khagaria at 30-40 kmph and thunderstorms at a speed of 30-40 kmph. Yellow alert has been issued for these districts.
