Reliance Infrastructure share price: What market expert said on RInfra stock

Mumbai: Reliance Infrastructure Ltd (RInfra) share price is expected to be in focus on 18th November (Monday) as the Anil Ambani-led company reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 4,082.53 crore profit for the second quarter results of 2023-24. The Anil Ambani-led company had posted Rs 294.04 crore net loss during the second quarter of 2023-24.

Reliance Infrastructure share price closed at Rs 258 on NSE on November 14 (Thursday). Stock Markets remained closed on November 15 (Friday) on the occasion of Guru Nanak Purab 2024. RInfra stock appreciated 50 per cent in the last six months.

Commenting on the RInfra stock, market expert Arun Mantri said that Reliance Infrastructure’s July-September quarter results of 2024-25 has been been boosted by the one time exceptional gains on the bottom line. The overall earnings are on the expected lines and as the stock has already rallied, the share price may witness profit booking from the higher levels.

Reliance Infrastructure Q2 Results 2024-25

In its regulatory filing, RInfra mentioned that it reported gains of Rs 3,575.27 crore in the second quarter of the current financial year. The gains, including settlement of debts and income of Rs 80.97 crore on account of arbitration claim received, improved the bottomline in the September quarter.

Reliance Infrastructure’s total income declined marginally to Rs 7,345.96 crore over Rs 7,373.49 crore in the Q2 of the July-September quarter. The company’s expenses lowered to Rs 6,450.38 crore, while it was Rs 7,100.66 crore in the second quarter of the previous fiscal.

RInfra’s provided Engineering and Construction (E&C) services for power, metro rail, roads, and other infrastructure sectors. The company’s business also include implementation, operation and maintenance of several projects in the defence sector and infrastructural areas.
