Upcoming IPOs Next Week; List Of Companies To Enter Indian Stock Market

In 2024, India’s IPO market has been vibrant, with companies raising over ₹1.19 lakh crore. This positions India as the second-largest IPO market globally, just behind the United States, which has raised US$26.3 billion.

The momentum in India’s primary market is anticipated to persist in the upcoming weeks.

Next week, starting November 18th, NTPC Green Energy Limited will launch its IPO for ₹10,000 crore. Four other companies, including Jinca Logistics Solutions, are also set to enter the stock market. Investors are closely monitoring these developments.

NTPC Green Energy Limited’s IPO will be available for subscription from November 19th to November 22nd. The offering includes 92.59 crore new shares, priced between ₹102 and ₹108 each. Retail investors can bid for a minimum of 138 shares, equating to an investment of ₹14,904.

The allotment for NTPC Green Energy’s IPO is expected on November 25th, with shares likely to be listed on BSE and NSE by November 27th. A portion worth ₹1,000 crore is reserved for NTPC shareholders without any discount under the shareholders’ quota.

Lamosek India Limited’s IPO will run from November 21st to November 26th. The company plans to raise ₹61.2 crore by issuing 30.6 lakh new shares at a fixed price of ₹200 per share. Retail investors can participate with a minimum lot size of 600 shares, amounting to an investment of ₹1,20,000.

The allotment status for Lamosek India is expected by November 27th, with shares likely listed on the NSE SME platform EMERGE by November 29th.

C2C Advanced Systems IPO Information

C2C Advanced Systems will open its IPO for bidding on November 22nd. This book-building issue aims to raise ₹99.07 crore through a fresh issue of 43.84 lakh shares, with a price band from ₹214 to ₹226 per share. Retail investors can apply for a minimum lot size of 600 shares, totaling an investment of ₹1,35,600.

The tentative listing date for C2C Advanced Systems is set for November 29th. Additionally, two other SME IPOs – Rosmerta Digital Services and Nissas Finance Services – are anticipated next week, though official details are pending.

Upcoming Listings and Closures

Neelam Linens & Garments (India) Limited is expected to list on the NSE SME platform EMERGE on November 18th. Mangal Computesolutions Limited was initially scheduled for listing on November 20th but may face delays due to Maharashtra’s Assembly elections.

Jinca Logistics Solutions Limited and Onyx Biotech Limited are slated for listing on the NSE and BSE platforms respectively on November 21st. The subscription window for Onyx Biotech and Jinca Logistics Solutions closes on November 18th, while NTPC Green Energy’s window closes on November 22nd.

Future IPOs on the Horizon

Investors are also looking forward to other IPOs later this month, including Avanse Financial Services and MobiKwik Systems. Avanse Financial Services Limited plans to raise ₹3,500 crore through its IPO, comprising a fresh issue of ₹1,000 crore and an offer-for-sale (OFS) of ₹2,500 crore.

MobiKwik Systems is preparing to launch its IPO for ₹1,900 crore soon, potentially including an OFS worth ₹400 crore and a fresh issue of ₹1,500 crore.
