IITF 2024: This year the power of Tata to Jindal Steel will be seen in ‘Trade Fair’, it will start from tomorrow in Bharat Mandapam.

India’s biggest trade fair i.e. ‘India International Trade Fair’ (IIFT 2024) is going to start tomorrow from 14th November. This fair is going to be held in the new exhibition hall of Bharat Mandapam (formerly Pragati Maidan). The specialty of this time’s fair is that everyone from Tata Group to Jindal Steel Group is going to be seen here. The presence of companies like Relaxo, Woodland and Hawkins will also be seen in the fair.

According to an official statement, this trade fair will run for 14 days. More than one lakh visitors are expected to come here every day. Its number may increase further on weekends. Let us know every small and big detail related to this fair…

Theme of this time’s trade fair

This time the theme of the trade fair has been kept as ‘Developed India @ 2047’. Like every year, this fair is going to be organized by India Trade Promotion Organization (ITPO). This is a unit to promote India’s trade within the country and abroad, which works under the Ministry of Commerce.

Navigation facility will be available on the app

A mobile app has been developed for the trade fair. On this app, common people will get map and other navigation facilities for IITF 2024. The name of this app is ‘Bharat Mandapam Mobile App’. On the app itself, common people will get the facility of exhibition halls, their location, stalls inside them etc. On this app, you will get all the information from the beginning to the end point of the trade fair inside Bharat Mandapam.

Entry gate and time table

The timing of the trade fair will be from 10 am to 7.30 pm. Entry for the trade fair will be from Gate No. 3 of Bharat Mandapam, Gate No. 5 and 6 of Bhairon Road, Gate No. 10 of Mathura Road. In this, Gate No. 10 is near Supreme Court Metro Station.

Tickets for the fair will be available online and at other selected metro stations. Tickets can also be purchased from Bharat Mandapam mobile app, DMRC app Momentum 2.0 Delhi Sarathi and ITPO website. Tickets for the fair will be available at 55 metro stations except the Supreme Court station. Senior citizens and disabled persons having valid age certificate will get free entry.

Which states and countries are in focus?

This time Bihar and Uttar Pradesh are participating in the trade fair as partner states. Whereas Jharkhand is the main focus state. Apart from this, 33 states/union territories and 49 central ministries, commodity boards, public sector companies, banks and government departments are also present. At the same time, private sector companies like Titan, Jindal Steel and Power, JSW Steel, Relaxo, Hawkins and Woodland are also participating in it. 11 countries China, Egypt, Iran, South Korea, Sweden, Thailand, Turkey, Tunisia, Lebanon, Kyrgyzstan and United Arab Emirates (UAE) are also participating in this fair.

The business days of IITF-2024 will be from 14-18 November. The fair for general visitors will be held from 19 to 27 November 2024.
