This makes it the safest compact sedan in its category. The official prices for this model will be revealed on 11 November 2024. Meanwhile, customers can already book the new Dzire by paying a token amount of Rs. 11,000.

The new Dzire is available in four variants: LXi, VXi, ZXi, and ZXi Plus. The top variant is equipped with advanced features such as a large infotainment screen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, rear AC vents, wireless charger, 360-degree surround camera, and an electric sunroof. Under the hood, the updated Maruti Dzire is powered by a new 1.2-litre Z Series naturally aspirated petrol engine. This engine is paired with either a five-speed manual or an AMT gearbox. It produces 80bhp and 112Nm of peak torque. Additionally, select variants offer a CNG option for those seeking alternative fuel choices.
Fuel Efficiency
The new Dzire boasts impressive fuel efficiency figures. The manual version claims a mileage of 24.79kmpl while the automatic version offers 25.71kmpl. For those opting for the CNG variant, it delivers a certified mileage of 33.73km/kg, making it an economical choice for long drives.
