Police has got a big success in the Anita murder case of Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Police have arrested the accused Ghulamuddin from Mumbai Central Railway Station. Rajasthan Police has now brought him to Jodhpur. The police is busy interrogating the accused. DCP West Rajarshi said that a team of 30 policemen arrested Ghulamuddin from Mumbai Central Railway Station. He was planning to escape from Mumbai. From Mumbai he was planning to go to Nepal.
DCP Rajarshi told that Ghulamuddin had fled to Ahmedabad, Gujarat after committing the crime. From there he reached Mumbai in Maharashtra. During his 7-day abscondence in Mumbai, Ghulamuddin stayed in Haji Ali, Kathiawad and Chowpatty areas of Mumbai. Police searched more than 500 CCTV footage to find Ghulamuddin.
How did Ghulamuddin escape from the police?
According to the police, Ghulamuddin is a vicious type of criminal. He had complete knowledge of how to escape from the police. He did not use his mobile phone during his escape. That’s why the team took time to find Ghulamuddin. For this the police extracted CDRs of 400 to 500 phones. Checked many CCTV footage. Interrogated hundreds of people. Yesterday, when Ghulamuddin was trying to catch a train from Mumbai Central, the police got information about this and the police arrested Ghulamuddin.
The main accused in the Anita murder case was caught, but many questions related to this murder remain unresolved. DCP Rajarshi said that Ghulamuddin will be interrogated. Only after this will the questions about when, how and why the murder was committed be answered.
How did Anita’s clothes change?
Ghulamuddin had murdered Anita Chaudhary on 27 October. But Anita’s body was found on October 30 in a 10 feet deep pit near Ghulamuddin’s house in Gangana area of Jodhpur. The clothes in which Anita is last seen in the CCTV footage. The dead body was not found in those clothes. Police is investigating when, why and how Anita’s clothes were changed.
An audio between Anita’s beauty parlor colleague Sunita Sen and her husband Manmohan has gone viral, in which the name of property dealer Tayyab Ansari has surfaced. Whether Tayyab Ansari has any role in this entire murder or not, the police is also investigating this angle.
Where was the body cut?
There is no confirmed information regarding how Anita was murdered and where. Where was the dead body cut and with whose help it was cut, the answer to this is yet to be found. Prima facie the police have termed it a murder with the intention of robbery. The mystery of whether Anita was actually murdered with the intention of robbery or whether it was related to some property transaction has not been solved yet. When Anita had gone to meet Ghulamuddin of her own free will, what was the conversation between the two? Anita’s mobile has not been found yet.
