In the last one and a half years, gangsters have attacked more than 150 farmers. More than 50 people have died in these attacks. The situation in the village is such that now even laborers are not available for farming. The laborers are also going to the fields with the same farmers who are going to the fields with the laborers with licensed guns.

Especially all these precautions have to be taken while cultivating sugarcane. From the time of sowing sugarcane in the fields to applying fertilizer and at the time of harvesting sugarcane, drums are played. There is commotion and noise. So that if there is a buzzard or any other wild creature somewhere in the field, it will run out of the field after hearing the noise of the drums. After that the workers start their work. During this time, the owner of the farm guards the farm with a rifle or gun or an axe, spear and spear.

Farmers say that farming is now becoming expensive because of boudars. There is a continuous shortage of laborers working in the fields, along with this there is always a fear of the attack of the henchman. According to DFO Gyan Singh of Bijnor Forest Department, Bijnor district is surrounded by forests on three sides. Due to abundant forest area, wild wildlife come to the villages and start living in the sugarcane fields.

Wild animals get sufficient food and water in the sugarcane fields, due to which the animals set up permanent camp here. The female Guldar gives birth to three to five children twice a year. That is why their numbers increase rapidly. According to Forest Department data, more than five hundred Guldars are living in the fields of Bijnor.

In Bijnor, the Forest Department has declared 100 villages as Guldar dominated areas. Cages have also been installed at 110 places to catch the henchmen. Hundred of henchmen have already been trapped in them. Which have been released in the zoos of Gorakhpur, Lucknow, Delhi as well as in the forests. The Forest Department has also deployed a special task force for patrolling in Guldar dominated villages. Along with this, advisories are also being issued to the villagers.
