Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that a lot of work was done during the tenure of Modi government regarding the preservation of languages. Publicity has also been done for this from time to time. He said that some time ago, under the government led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, five more Indian languages ​​were included in the classical list.

He told through statistics about Indian languages ​​that it is the only country to include 11 languages ​​in the classical languages. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has inspired the countrymen to use and speak Hindi language in all public forums. The Union Home Minister said that the Prime Minister has also discussed about the widespread promotion of Hindi language in international forums.

‘Golden period’ of language promotion

He said that the Prime Minister has done an unmatched job in promoting it by speaking in Hindi on all international platforms. Amit Shah said that during the tenure of Prime Minister Modi between 2014 and 24, there was a golden period for the promotion of the language. He said in the committee meeting that when children start their primary education in their mother tongue, they can fully develop their abilities.

Union Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Central Hindi Committee works with the aim that Hindi literature should be preserved. He said that Hindi should be used and established as the communication language of the country. Regarding the work done in the last 5 years by the Modi government to strengthen the language, the dictionary ‘Hindi Shabdsindhu’ was prepared.

He said that in the coming 5 years it will be used so much that it will become the most used dictionary in the world. Describing the power of Hindi, he said that as long as we all work towards strengthening Indian languages, we strengthen our development.
