Not only this, the accused reached the police station with his wife and also filed a complaint against a youth named Pintu Prajapati in connection with this incident. Said that Pintu had placed the pistol on his temple and snatched 40 thousand rupees in cash, watch-purse and other valuables etc.
After this complaint, the police came into action and searched the entire city for 8 hours, but no clue was found. Ultimately the police became suspicious as to how a taxi driver could get so much cash and valuables. After this the police interrogated the young man. For some time this young man kept telling stories here and there, but later he accepted the truth. The young man told during police interrogation that his wife Bhavna calculates the day’s earnings every night and scolds him if she finds any discrepancy in the calculations.
Story made up to avoid wife’s scolding
Since he had spent his entire Diwali earnings on gambling and alcohol. In such a situation, when he reached home, he started fearing his wife’s scolding. In such a situation, he told a false story to his wife. The young man told that he did not expect that his wife would even go to the police, but his wife went further than he thought and he was in trouble. The young man pleaded with the police that this story of his wife should not be told.

According to the police, after investigation at every possible place, when there was suspicion regarding this incident, the victims Anil Pathak and Pintu Prajapati were called to the police station and made to sit face to face. During this time, Anil Pathak’s lie could not last long and he confessed the whole truth. In this matter, the police have registered a case against all those people including Pintu Prajapati, who were gambling with Anil. The police is investigating the matter.
