BJP spokesperson Altaf Thakur also reacted on the occasion and said, “When Omar Abdullah had no problem in becoming the Chief Minister of the Union Territory, then he should have no problem in participating in its Foundation Day celebrations. Speaking to the media, LG Manoj Sinha said that the Home Minister had made it clear in the Parliament that first there would be delimitation, then elections, and statehood would be restored at the appropriate time.
