Fire Calls On Diwali In Delhi-NCR: During Diwali in Delhi, the fire department received 318 calls of fire from different areas till late night. At the same time, there were incidents of fire in many houses in Gautam Buddha Nagar district adjacent to Delhi. Among these, most of the incidents of fire have been reported in flats in Greater Noida West area. According to the fire department, vehicles were sent in view of all these calls. When the whole country was busy celebrating the festival of Diwali, firefighters were busy extinguishing the fires at different places.
From October 31 till the writing of this news, the fire department has received a total of 318 phone calls regarding fire on Diwali in Delhi. These also include all types of sporadic calls. There were also 10 places where the situation was more serious. However, there was no news of any loss of life.
Many incidents in Noida society
Many cases of fire were also reported in Gautam Buddha Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. The fire broke out on the 11th floor of D Tower of Amrapali Zodiac Society in Greater Noida West. It was extinguished by fire engines.
Apart from this, there was a fire in the flat on the 13th floor in J Tower of Supertech Eco Village 1 Society of Greater Noida West. This fire continued to grow and spread to three flats on different floors of the same tower.
In this very tower, a dog tied in a house was burnt to ashes. Apart from this, there was a fire on the 23rd floor in a tower of Mahagun Maywoods Society in Greater Noida West. The people of the society tried to control the fire but the fire kept spreading. The fire department team brought this fire under control.

A massive fire broke out in a shoe shop in Gyan Khand 3 under Indirapuram police station area of Ghaziabad Commissionerate. Within no time the fire in the shop reached the adjacent flat. Six fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and started extinguishing the fire. The fire brigade team safely rescued the people trapped in the shop and flat in time. As a precaution, the nearby buildings were also evacuated.
Many incidents in Lucknow also
A four-wheeler parked in the parking lot near Trauma Center Gate No. 14 of Lucknow Medical College caught fire. After the information given to the fire brigade by the Trauma Center officials, the team of the department reached the spot and tried to extinguish the fire. However, the fire had gone out of control. The fire brigade team brought the fire under control in time. The cause of the fire is said to be short circuit. The car was completely burnt to ashes due to the fire.
A fire broke out in a plastic scrap shop in Alambagh police station area of Lucknow. The fire took a huge form due to the plastic waste filled in the warehouse. The police reached the spot and informed the fire brigade. As soon as the information was received, the fire brigade team reached the spot and the fire was brought under control.
