According to the information, the miscreants had come riding on a bike, the deceased youth was at the door of his house. According to the information, 26-year-old Mandal Tiwari, resident of Tiwari Tola in Kesath village of Navanagar police station area of Buxar district, was shot dead. During the murder, Mandal Tiwari was at the door of his house when bike-riding miscreants opened fire on him. Hearing the sound of bullets, the people present at home came out and on getting information about the incident, a crowd of villagers gathered. Halwar fled from the spot.
Mandal Tiwari’s mother Vidyawati Devi is the ward councilor. According to the information, the matter was related to land dispute. Due to rivalry, the miscreants opened fire and killed the young man and fled from the spot.
