Sound of rebellion in Mahayuti! Sankheeta Sharma, wife of former encounter specialist, will contest as an independent candidate from Andheri East.

Amidst the election excitement in Maharashtra, former encounter specialist Pradeep Sharma has announced that his wife Sanksha Sharma will file her nomination on Tuesday. Initially, there was discussion regarding Sankheeva Sharma that Shiv Sena of Shinde faction would give her ticket from Andheri East seat, but that did not happen. After this, he has now decided to contest as an independent candidate. Sankiva Sharma had joined Shinde faction’s Shiv Sena in July this year.

Pradeep Sharma said that everything does not happen as we think, but we know that this keeps happening in politics. We are going to file nomination tomorrow along with 25000 people of Andheri East. When the results come on November 23, people will accept my wife. This is not rebellion. People want us to contest elections. There might have been some compulsions due to which we were not given the ticket, but we are contesting the elections as an independent.

Acceptance said- We will serve the public till our last breath

Before filing her nomination as an independent candidate yesterday, Sankti Sharma, wife of former encounter specialist Pradeep Sharma, said that we have never done politics, we will not do so in the future also. We will serve the public till our last breath. We are not angry with any politician or any political party, we are angry with the candidate who has been given the ticket because people are with us, they know who is bad and who is good.

Shinde faction’s Shiv Sena has fielded BJP leader Murji Patel from Andheri East seat. Before the announcement of Murji Patel’s name, there was a discussion going on that Shiv Sena would field Sankranti Sharma, but it is believed that after the objections of allies, Shinde faction had to change its planning.

After objections, Shinde group gave ticket to Murji

Now, after Pradeep Sharma’s announcement of his wife contesting as an independent candidate, the political fight on this seat will become quite interesting. In a way, this is also being seen as a rebellion in the Mahayuti. When assembly elections were held in the year 2019, Shiv Sena’s Ramesh Latke had won from here. After this, Rutuja Latke from Uddhav’s Shiv Sena had won in the by-election also.

Shiv Sena had won this seat in 2014 also. On this basis, Eknath Shinde wanted to field his candidate from this seat, whereas BJP was interested in Patel and in the end the same thing happened. Murji Patel is a former corporator.
