On Monday evening, he brought a total of 29 police personnel to the line on charges of negligence in this case. Let us tell you that on October 13, violence broke out in Maharajganj of Hardi police station area in Bahraich after the religious flag was taken down from a building during idol immersion. In this case, Ram Gopal Mishra was murdered and a riot broke out. On October 14, people had set arson and vandalized vehicles. Many videos of this incident have also surfaced. As the uproar escalated, the police forces of many police stations were given the responsibility of stopping the riots.
Violence erupted due to police inaction
It is being told that due to the inaction of the policemen on duty, the riot continued to take a frightening form. After this fact came to light, Bahraich SP had set up an investigation and now after the investigation report came out, he has put 29 policemen of two police stations on the line. These include 14 policemen from Hardi police station and 15 from Ram Gaon police station. However, in the official order he has stated the reason for this action as administrative.
A total of 58 policemen were transferred from here to there.
In the order to line up these policemen, SP Vrinda Shukla has posted 13 policemen from the police line at Hardi police station. At the same time, 16 people have been removed from the line and posted at Ram Gaon police station. In this order, today SP has changed the work area of a total of 58 constables and head constables. In this riot case, action has already been taken against the CO, police station incharge, outpost incharge and the Tehsildar.
