UP: Firing on former BJP MLA Dheeraj Ojha and his brother in Pratapgarh, narrow escape

Big news is coming out from Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. Here, firing took place on former BJP MLA Dheeraj Ojha and his brother from Raniganj assembly seat on Monday night. It is being told that the attackers had come in three vehicles. Three people including Dheeraj’s brother were injured in the attack. However no one was shot. Everyone was immediately rushed to the hospital, where they were admitted and treatment was started.

Let us tell you that a parade was organized in front of the DM on Monday regarding the no-confidence motion on the post of Shivgarh block chief. After the parade held on the orders of Allahabad High Court, there was a fierce fight between the two parties. Two people from one party were seriously injured in the fight. The injured were admitted to the medical college. A young man named Hussam, admitted in the medical college, accused former MLA Dheeraj Ojha of attacking a tea shop and snatching a pistol.

Former BJP MLA attacked

Even before this, there had been a fight during the no-confidence motion on the post of block chief. In this, a case was registered against Dheeraj Ojha’s opponent Vinod Dubey and his supporters. Meanwhile, after a scuffle during the parade on Monday, former BJP MLA Dheeraj Ojha was attacked in Babaganj area of ​​Nagar Kotwali late in the evening. During this time, three unknown assailants fired at him and his brother, in which he narrowly escaped.

Accused of attacking former BJP MP

Accusing former BJP MP Sangamlal Gupta of getting the attack done, Dheeraj Ojha claimed that when I came out after the meeting at the DM’s place, people sitting in ambush attacked and fired. These people are Vinod Dubey’s men and the mob caught them. These people were traveling in two Thar and a Safari.
