Brother-in-law and sister-in-law clashed on the middle of the road near Patna Junction Golambar in Bihar. There was a fierce fight between the two. Everyone present there was shocked to see this fight between brother-in-law and sister-in-law. Sister-in-law was busy beating brother-in-law with full force and brother-in-law was applying his force. In such a situation, people thought it better to call the police rather than trying to intervene. Seeing such high voltage drama on the middle of the road, the people present there informed dial 112. The police reached the spot and took both the parties to the police station.
The brother-in-law and sister-in-law were interrogated by the police team. Both of them were asked the reason for such fighting on the road. The sister-in-law accused the brother-in-law that after her husband’s death, she was promised to marry him, but it did not happen. After facing a lot of harassment at her in-laws house, she went to her maternal home. When she returned after some time, she was not allowed to enter the house. Sister-in-law said that brother-in-law is preparing to marry someone else after falling in love with me.
Allegation made by sister-in-law
Sister-in-law Ragni Kumari says that in the year 2017, she was married to Dinesh Kumar, a resident of Nalanda. The husband died in 2020 after three years of marriage. The husband died during the time of Corona. After this, the husband’s younger brother Gautam Kumar started having a relationship with her on the pretext of marriage. Both stayed together for 6 months. After this her in-laws started harassing her. He was thrown out of the house. She came to Nalanda as her home with her little daughter. In between she used to go to her in-laws house and after one or two months her in-laws would send her away. According to the sister-in-law, after the death of her husband, citing respect, she had given assurance of marriage to her younger son. It was not completed later. When the woman went to stay at her in-laws’ house, she was beaten and chased away. After this, FIR has been lodged in Noor Sarai police station.
Sister-in-law wants to stop the marriage
Now the brother-in-law is going to get married somewhere else. Ragni’s younger brother-in-law Gautam is going to get married on 10 December 2024. Tilak is on 4th. In such a situation, after getting the information, sister-in-law Ragni also went to brother-in-law Gautam’s office at Patel Bhawan to stop his marriage. After an argument between the two, the fight escalated. Brother-in-law Gautam is a constable in Bihar Police.

Despite this, today they tried to kidnap me for money. Sister-in-law, along with her brother and other people, tried to run away by forcing her into the car. I was assaulted. Brother-in-law said that the allegation of having an affair is completely baseless. My brother died under suspicious circumstances when he had gone to his in-laws’ house. Since then she was continuously pressurizing for money and property. Now that she knows that I am getting married, she is once again doing this for money. Both the parties have complained at the Kotwali police station.
