The court has sentenced life imprisonment to the Kalyugi son who murdered his own mother in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh. The court has also sentenced the accused’s partner to life imprisonment. The court has also imposed a fine on the accused. Due to rivalry, the son, along with his friend, had killed his own mother and also had a fatal attack on his wife to implicate the other party. After 8 years, the court has sentenced Kaliyugi’s son and his companion to life imprisonment.
Satyaveer, a resident of Bilkhora village of Sasni police station area of Hathras district, informed the police on March 16, 2015 that some people had entered the house and murdered his mother Sona Devi. His wife Satyavati has been seriously injured. Satyaveer told that the accused had brought rifle, knife and pistol with them. Further, Satyaveer had told the police that the accused had also raped a woman of the family.
Police had filed a case against 6 people
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot. The police took the body of deceased Sona Devi into custody and sent it for post-mortem. The injured Satyavati was sent for treatment. The police had registered a case against 6 people on the complaint of son Satyaveer. They were identified as Arjun Singh, Nahar Singh, Saurabh, Gaurav, KP and Pawan, who were residents of Bilkhora police station area.
Court sentenced life imprisonment
The accused had also fatally attacked his wife. This case was heard in the court by ADJ FTC II Mahendra Kumar Rawat. The court has acquitted the accused named in the case. The court has sentenced Satyaveer and Shaheeda to life imprisonment and fine in this case.
