Both America and Russia are rich in terms of oil and natural gas, but America has also failed in front of the treasury of Russia. America cannot achieve the Russian treasury even if he wants to.
Real wealth of Russia
Russia has the world’s largest reserves of natural gas. Its estimated reserves are about 37 trillion cubic meters (TCM). More than 20 percent of Russia holds a share in all the gas reserves with the country around the world. Siberia and Arctic region have large stores of gas.
It is not at all that America does not produce oil or natural gas, but is behind Russia in terms of reserves. America does not have such a depth and huge natural reserve. But these reserves do the spine for Russia’s economy.
Russia uses the pipeline to supply gas to Europe and Asia. Russia does not have a shortage due to natural reserve. At the same time, America has to work hard to earn from this. America has to produce gas.

How does America make gas?
Gas is an important source of America’s economy. America makes gas like a grand natural reserves like Russia. For this, the US developed hydraulic fracturing and horizontal drilling technology. How many countries do America and Russia send gas?
The US mainly exports gas to Canada and Mexico. In the year 2023, the US sent about 66 billion cubic meters of gas to Mexico. Apart from this, the UK supplies gas to many countries including France, Germany, Netherlands, Italy and Japan. At the same time, Russia has been exporting gas in most countries of Europe.
It is used as domestic gas.
Where is the gases used?
Both America and Russia are the largest natural gas exporting countries in the world. Countries that buy gas from them use it in many ways.
- In making electricity: Gases are used to make electricity. The running power plant and gas turbines are considered far better than coal options. In Europe and Asia, electricity is produced on a large scale from Russia and America gas.
- Transportation: The gas is used as fuel in CNG (compressed natural gas) and LNG (liquid natural gas) in vehicles, trucks and ships.
- home use: Gas are also used domestic. Like in cooking.
- Industrial level: It is also used at industrial level. They are also used in making manure, plastic, chemical, paint and medicines.
