There will be no power cut in UP even for a minute from 28th October to 15th November. There will be electricity 24 hours. Those with Ujjwala gas connection will get free cylinders.

Last Thursday, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath held a meeting in the capital Lucknow regarding the upcoming Diwali festival. During this, he gave necessary directions to the government and administration officials. CM Yogi said that the atmosphere in the state was very good on festivals like Rakshabandhan, Janmashtami, Durga Puja, Dussehra or Moharram etc. This was possible due to better teamwork and public cooperation.

In the coming days, there are special festivals like Dhanteras, Ayodhya Deepotsav, Deepawali, Govardhan Puja, Bhai Dooj, Devotthan Ekadashi, Varanasi Dev Deepawali and Chhath Mahaparva. Apart from this, fairs like Panchkosi, 14 Kosi Parikrama, Kartik Purnima Snan etc. are also organized in Ayodhya during this period. This time is sensitive in terms of peace, security and good governance. Learn from past experiences. Festivals- During this time of festivals, the entire team of UP including police and administration will have to remain alert 24×7.

Electricity will be available 24 hours for 19 days

At the same time, CM Yogi also gave important directions to the electricity department. CM Yogi said that from October 28 to November 15, there should be 24-hour power supply without cuts in the entire state. The department should ensure that there is no fault anywhere. CM Yogi said that necessary preparations should be made in this regard by the Power Corporation. After this order of CM Yogi, now the people of UP will get 24 hours electricity for 19 days. Be it rural area or urban area.

Free cylinder to the beneficiaries of ‘Ujjwala Yojana’

In the meeting, CM Yogi said that all the beneficiaries of ‘Ujjwala Yojana’ should get free LPG cylinders before Diwali. There should not be any delay in this at any level. Make coordination with the agencies and get free cylinders to all the beneficiaries of ‘Ujjwala Yojana’ as soon as possible. CM Yogi said that in view of festivals and festivals, there will be an increase in the movement of people. A large number of people go to their homes. In such a situation, the transport department should increase the number of buses on rural routes. Never allow buses in poor condition to ply on the roads.
