Congress meeting was held in Delhi on Monday regarding Maharashtra Assembly elections. Congress MP Rahul Gandhi met the leaders of Maharashtra in this meeting held at the residence of party president Mallikarjun Kharge. They discussed election strategy. There was also a review of ongoing preparations for the assembly elections and discussion regarding seats. Maharashtra Congress Chief Nana Patole said that he will contest elections on the face of Mahavikas Aghadi and will defeat BJP. We will break the dirty strategy of BJP and form Mahavikas Aghadi government in Maharashtra. There was no discussion on the seat sharing formula for Maharashtra Assembly elections. This is not an issue. We will fight on 288 seats.
