After a great start at the box office, the multi-starrer comedy-action film ‘Welcome to the Jungle’, directed by Ahmed Khan, is now ready for the Agnipariksha on the first Monday. Advance booking of this film, which had a strong performance in the opening weekend, also remains strong. According to trade reports, pre-sales on the fourth day have indicated that the film can maintain a good hold on working days as well. If the current trend continues, then this Akshay Kumar starrer film can earn Rs 8 to 9 crore on the first Monday and can achieve a high place in the list of biggest first Monday grossing Bollywood films of 2026.
Great advance booking for first Monday
According to the report of koimoi.com, ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ has registered advance booking of Rs 2.96 crore gross for the fourth day (1st Monday). Net advance booking excluding block seats was around Rs 2.51 crore. Although the film has reduced by about 300 shows compared to Sunday, the film still has a strong hold with about 11,000 shows across the country.

The trend remained almost equal to the opening day
The film had registered advance bookings of Rs 3.10 crore gross on the first day of release. In such a situation, only about 4.5 percent decline has been seen on the fourth day, which trade experts are considering as quite positive. Looking at the current advance booking trend, it is estimated that ‘Welcome to the Jungle’ can make a net collection of Rs 8 to 9 crore on the first Monday. If this happens, then the decline will be less than 50 percent compared to the first day’s earning of Rs 15.25 crore, which is considered a strong sign for any big commercial film.
Will the big record of 2026 be broken?
The film is now in the race to create the record of third highest first Monday earning of Bollywood films of 2026. For this the film will have to earn more than Rs 8.1 crore.
