UK Education Opportunities: Uttar Pradesh and Britain (UK) signed the Chevening Scholarship Agreement. Now every year five students will get a chance to study in Britain, including full fees, monthly allowance and travel grants.
Chevening scholarship: A golden opportunity has come to light for the students of Uttar Pradesh. The Chevening Scholarship Agreement was signed between the UK and the Uttar Pradesh government on Tuesday. Under this agreement, every year five students will be able to study under Fully Funded Scholarship for higher education in Britain (UK). This opportunity will be available for the next three years.
How to get Chevening Scholarship opportunity and who can apply?
British High Commissioner Lindi Cameron said during a meeting with Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath in Lucknow that the agreement is part of India and Britain (UK) growing relations. The recent Free Trade Agreement (FTA) and Vision 35 have further enhanced the business and education opportunities of both countries.

What is Chevening Scholarship Qualification and application process?
Chevening Scholarship is the international education program of the UK (UK) government, which is funded by Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and partner organizations.
To be eligible for this scholarship, the student must have a bachelor’s degree and has to apply for a masters program in Britain (UK). Candidates will have to apply in three different courses and receive at least one untimely offer.
What will students get from Chevening Scholarship?
Once selected, the university fees will be fully funded to the students. Apart from this, they will also get a travel grant to participate in monthly allowance, travel allowance, arrival allowance, cost of a visa application and participation in Chevening events.

The British High Commissioner said that this Chevening Scholarship will create new opportunities in the field of education and business. Both students and businesses of both countries will benefit through FTA and Vision 35.
