Gwalior Police of Madhya Pradesh has arrested a Panchayat Secretary on charges of obscenity with girl students. The accused Panchayat Secretary Rakesh Sharma was posted in Kaithi village and used to stop the girls coming and going and show them pornographic films on his mobile phone. When the girls used to protest against this, the accused used to threaten to defame them and kill them. In this regard, the victim girls have filed a case with the police. Seeing the seriousness of the case, the police has also arrested the accused Panchayat Secretary. The police is investigating the matter.

According to Gwalior police, the accused Rakesh Sharma is posted as Gram Panchayat Secretary in Kaithi. He used to stop the girl students and other girls returning from school near the court grounds and used to do obscene acts with them. He used to try to show obscene videos to these girls. A girl student has lodged a complaint in this regard at Antari police station. In this complaint, she has told that she goes to coaching with her three friends in a tonga vehicle.

The students filed a report with the police

Two days ago, after coming out of the coaching centre, they were waiting for a tonga near the court ground to return home. During this time, the accused Gram Panchayat Secretary Rakesh Sharma came there and while talking on some pretext, he started showing them pornographic films on his mobile phone. When these students protested, the accused threatened to kill them and defame them and ran away from there. After this, these girls reached home and informed their family members about the matter and then along with their family members, gave a written complaint to the police.

The accused was also suspended from his post

In this regard, the victims have also lodged a complaint with the Janpad Panchayat Bhitarwar. After this, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat Vivek Kumar has suspended the accused Rakesh Sharma with immediate effect. At the same time, the Antari police station has registered a case against the accused Panchayat Secretary and arrested him. According to the police, the mobile phone of the accused has been confiscated and sent to the forensic lab for investigation.
