A strange incident has come to light in Shahdol, Madhya Pradesh. Here five minor children caught another minor and forcibly made him stand like a rooster and asked him to say kukru-ku in the voice of a rooster. When the victim student could not make the sound of a rooster, the accused beat him with kicks and punches. A video of this incident is going viral on social media. The victim boy has lodged a complaint with the police in this regard.
Shahdol police has registered a case against five accused including three named ones under sections of assault and SC ST Act and has started searching for them. According to the police, the incident took place near the FCI godown in Shahdol. The victim has told in his complaint to the police that some 15-17 year old boys here beat him up to show their dominance. The accused first forcibly made him sit on a bike and took him to a deserted area and asked him to stand like a rooster.
Beaten for not making rooster sound
Out of fear of the accused, he became a rooster, but now the accused started asking him to say kukdu-ku in the voice of a rooster. When he refused, the accused kicked and punched him. During this, the victim kept begging the accused for mercy, but the accused kept beating him to their tune. Someone made a video of this incident on his mobile phone and later posted it on social media. This video started going viral very fast.
The accused and the victim are both minors
On the other hand, the victim who escaped from the clutches of the accused and approached the police pleaded for justice. The police also immediately registered a case against the accused under relevant sections and started looking for them. Additional Superintendent of Police of the district Abhishek Diwan said that as soon as the matter came to light, a case was registered against the accused and their search was started. The victim and the accused are all minors.
