According to the forecast, there may be heavy to very heavy rainfall at different places in Chhattisgarh, coastal Andhra Pradesh and other coastal areas. At the same time, strong rains are also expected in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam and Meghalaya of Northeast India. Apart from this, heavy rains have also been expected in many areas of Bihar and eastern Madhya Pradesh.
It will rain till August 18
IMD said that Karnataka, Haryana, Punjab, Chandigarh, Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, Odisha, Telangana, Uttarakhand, Vidarbha, parts of West Madhya Pradesh and West Uttar Pradesh may also receive strong rains in the coming days. The Meteorological Department has advised the people and administration of the concerned states to be vigilant.
There may be heavy rain in these states
According to the Meteorological Department, rain activities in western Rajasthan may increase from August 16. At the same time, there is a possibility of heavy rains in some areas of Kota and Udaipur by 18 August. Apart from this, till August 18, Kerala and Mahe can also receive strong rains at many places. The Meteorological Department said that there is a possibility of continuing heavy rains in coastal Karnataka and Telangana during August 15 to 20.

Fear of rain in August 19
Also, on August 19, there is a possibility of good rains in South Interior Karnataka. The Meteorological Department has advised people to be vigilant in these areas and keep an eye on the weather -related updates.
