The video shows a large living room and bedroom, both of which are designed in such a way that they have a clear view of the beautiful outdoors. The apartment also has two washrooms, a walk-in closet (separate room for clothes), a fully equipped kitchen and a separate utility area, making it even more luxurious.

The residents of this building also get many premium facilities like swimming pool, gym and squash court. Nikita told another big advantage of living in this property of Emaar. This apartment is “chiller free”, which means tenants do not have to pay separate air conditioning (AC) bills. Although all the furniture was already in the house, Nikita said that she and her family made some changes to give it a feel. They brought a lot of decoration items from Gurugram, so that they could feel connected to their roots.
But the biggest discussion was about house rent. Nikita revealed that the annual rent of this apartment is 120,000 AED, which in Indian Rupees is approximately Rs 31 lakh per year or around Rs 2.6 lakh per month. Recalling the journey from finding a house to settling in, he wrote, “A month ago, it was just another apartment we were looking at. Today, it is our home.”
He added, “It felt like after exploring half of Dubai, we finally found a place that felt right – big windows, a view of the marina, sunsets on the beach and enough light to make us feel like our lives were on track.” Nikita also revealed that there was so much stuff in the apartment that on move-in day they were “literally opening boxes of brand new spoons, cutlery and coasters.”
He said that it was only after gradually furnishing them with valuables and memorabilia that he had brought from Gurugram that this luxurious apartment became not just a rented house, but a home that he could truly call his own.
