Vishnu Deo Sai Independence Day Speech: On Independence Day in Raipur, CM Vishnu Dev Sai announced the beginning of Chhattisgarh Silver Festival, Police Commissioner System, Naxalism Liberation, Empowerment of Women-Kisan and the resolution of Chhattisgarh developed till 2047.
Chhattisgarh rajat mahotsav: On the glorious occasion of Independence Day, Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai, while hoisting the flag at the police parade ground in the capital Raipur, gave a clear message to the people, the dream of developed India and developed Chhattisgarh will come true only when every citizen plays his role in it.
The Chief Minister reminded that this year is also a symbol of completion of 25 years of establishment of Chhattisgarh. With the start of “Chhattisgarh Silver Festival”, he announced to celebrate it as “Atal Nirman Year” in the birth centenary year of Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He said that it is time to fulfill the sacrifice of freedom fighters and tribal heroes, but to fulfill their dreams.
Police commissioner system will be implemented soon in Raipur
To increase the security and administrative efficiency of the capital, the Chief Minister announced the implementation of the Police Commissioner System in Raipur. Along with this, new initiatives like Mukhyamantri Nagarothan Yojana and Rural Bus Services Scheme are also being launched, which will strengthen the infrastructure of both the city and the village.

Emphasis on ‘Wocal for Local’ and self -reliance
Chief Minister Sai reiterated Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s resolve to carry forward the “Wocal for Local” campaign. He said that adopting local products is not only a symbol of economic strength, but also a symbol of patriotism. Referring to plans to promote Khadi, MSME and natural farming, he said that “Jai Jawan, Jai Kisan, Jai Vigyan” will now be made a toy sentence.
Tough attack on Naxalism
Counting the achievement of inactivating 450 Maoists in the last 20 months, arresting 1,578 and motivating 1,589 to surrender, the Chief Minister targeted the complete liberation from Maoist terror by March 2026. He said that the pace of development has now increased in Naxal -affected areas – schools are opening, electricity is reaching and health facilities are getting stronger.
Promise to empower every house pucca house and women
Under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, the approval of 18 lakh houses, assistance of Rs 1,000 to 70 lakh women under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana, and new employment opportunities to women groups, all of them called them a big step towards social change.
Special attention to farmers and education
Record -breaking achievements in paddy procurement, economic incentives for crop diversity, annual assistance to landless farmers, and resolve to expand cooperative activities – show the government’s priority in the interest of farmers. Announcements like improving the teacher-student ratio in the field of education than the national average, the construction of Education City and Science City in Nawa Raipur were also made.
Flows in investment, employment and infrastructure
Through the new industrial policy, information was given to make Chhattisgarh a “power house”, set up semiconductor unit and NIFT campus, and get an investment proposal of Rs 6.65 lakh crore. The Chief Minister described the construction of new railway projects and expressway as the arteries of “developed Chhattisgarh”.
Protection of environment and culture
The achievement of planting 3.5 crore saplings and growing tree cover was shared in 683 square kilometers under “one tree mother’s name” campaign. Announcements like memorial dedicated to tribal heroes, Bastar Pandum, Home-Stay Policy and Pension to Artists are important steps towards saving cultural identity.
The Chief Minister said that the role of Chhattisgarh has been decided in the target of India developed by the year 2047 through ‘Chhattisgarh Anjor Vision’. His message was clear, the dream will become a reality only when every citizen will fulfill his responsibility and become an active partner in this journey of development.
