Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has invited Prime Minister Narendra Modi to attend the funeral ceremony of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. The ceremony will be held from 5 July to 9 July, with various tribute events taking place in Tehran on 5, 6 and 7 July, while the final ceremony will be held in the city of Mashhad on 9 July. It is being told that Khamenei died on February 28, the day the major attacks by America and Israel on Tehran began. However, no official confirmation has been given yet by the Government of India regarding this invitation received by Prime Minister Modi.
