Due to shooting the film in the hospital, the patients there faced problems, after which, on the basis of media reports, the Human Rights Commission of Kerala State has started an investigation.
‘Penkili’ is being made under the banner of Fahadh Faasil’s production house ‘Fahadh Faasil and Friends’. Some time ago, the makers shot this film in Angamaly Taluk Government Hospital. It is being said that the film was shot in the emergency ward of the hospital when the doctors were treating the patients there. At that time, 50 people were present there along with the actors.

It is also being said that some things were banned there for shooting. The light of the ward was also dimmed, due to which the patients had to face trouble. Now this matter has become a cause of trouble for the filmmakers. Taking cognizance of the matter, the commission has registered a case and started investigation and has sought a reply from the District Medical Officer and the hospital manager within seven days. If the report is to be believed, it is also being said that the filmmakers say that all the rules have been followed and the matter of patients facing trouble has been denied.
However, he got a lot of recognition from Allu Arjun’s film ‘Pushpa’ released in the year 2021. He played the role of IPS Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat in this film. Now the second part of this film is also going to come this year and Fahad will be seen in it too.
