Passengers had to suffer for more than 20 hours due to an Air India flight at Delhi airport. This Air India flight was going from Delhi to San Francisco. The plane was scheduled to take off on May 30 at 3:20 pm. Passengers allege that they were made to sit without AC inside the plane.
On social media platform X, a user Abhishek Sharma tagged Air India and wrote, “Please let me and the people stuck in the boarding area go home! AI 183 is more than 8 hours late. People were made to sit in a plane without AC. Then they were taken off the plane.”

Abhishek then replied to his own post and wrote, ‘The passengers were taken to a hotel. Rooms were made available at 2 am. A new boarding pass was given to the passengers with a departure time of 11 am the next day.
At the same time, Air India accepted its mistake and replied, ‘Abhishek, we understand the problem caused by this delay and apologize for it. We are committed to providing the best possible facilities to our passengers. If you need any immediate assistance, contact our ground team.
Meanwhile, another user wrote on X, ‘AI 183 flight was delayed by more than 8 hours. Passengers were made to sit in the plane without air conditioning. When some people fainted inside the plane, the passengers were taken down. This is inhuman!’

At the same time, many passengers traveling on this Air India flight have shared pictures of the passengers on X. In these pictures, passengers are seen sitting on the floor. These include children and the elderly.
