Noor Singla, resident of Patiala, Punjab, has secured 499 marks out of 600 in the CA Final May 2026 examination. His overall passing percentage has been 83.17%. Getting more than 83% marks amidst such a difficult syllabus and tough competition is a great example in itself. Due to this success of Noor, there is an atmosphere of celebration in his family and entire Patiala. After Noor, Ritij Saraf of Howrah stood second, who secured AIR 2 with 475 marks (79.17%). At the third place was Sohan Anil Manjrekar of Dombivali, who got 473 marks (78.83%).
CA Final Result 2026: Only 14.07% students could become CA
According to the data released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), this time the result has been quite tough. Only 14.07% children from both the groups together were able to pass. This means that out of every 100 students who appeared for the exam, only 14 got success. A total of 54,606 students appeared in CA Final Group 1, out of which only 6,555 (12%) passed. A total of 42,573 candidates appeared in CA Final Group 2 and only 8,725 were able to pass. The passing percentage was 20.49%. After overcoming this tough competition, a total of 7,931 students have fully qualified this time and become official chartered accountants.

- First of all, open the official website of ICAI caresults.icai.org on your phone or laptop.
- Click on the link ‘CA Final May 2026 Result’ visible on the homepage.
- Enter your Roll Number and Registration Number.
- Fill the security captcha code box shown on the screen correctly and click on submit.
- As soon as you submit, your scorecard will appear on the screen.
- Download it and keep it safe with you.
- Your name, photo, subject marks and your passing status (Pass/Fail) will be clearly written in your scorecard.
When is the next exam for those who fail in CA final exam?
For those students who have not been able to get passing marks in CA exam this time due to some reason, the next opportunity is very close for them. ICAI has informed that the registration window for CA Final November 2026 examination will open from 6th July 2026. You can apply afresh by visiting the SSP portal. Apart from this, for those students who are not satisfied with their marks, the process of marks verification is also starting from tomorrow i.e. 19th June 2026.
