They hoped that the police would come and explain things to both of them and the matter would be calmed down. A constable, another policeman and the driver of the vehicle reached the spot. Police say an argument broke out between Pawan and the officers, which soon turned into a scuffle and a fight. On the complaint of the constable, an FIR has been registered against Pawan for obstructing government work.

In the viral video, it is seen that a police officer is hitting a man with an object like a stick or a pipe near the Dial-112 vehicle, while he is trying to save himself. After this the situation turns into a scuffle, in which the person is also seen retaliating and attacking. In another part of the clip, a policeman is seen holding the man’s neck tightly from behind while the man shouts, “Kill, kill.” The family members and women present at the spot rush to separate them. It is also seen in the video that during the argument the driver of Dial-112 picks up a stone.
Both sides made serious allegations
Pawan and his wife have accused the police of beating them with a pipe and trying to strangulate them. Pawan also claimed that he had suffered a serious head injury when a centering structure collapsed about 15 days ago and he is still undergoing treatment. He has demanded action against the officials involved or compensation for his medical expenses.
