11 percent increase in sales
In the month of April, the bulk sales of Tata Motors have seen an increase of 11.5 percent on an annual basis. According to data, Tata Motors has sold 77,521 units in the month of April. Whereas in the month of April last year this figure was seen at 69,599. This means that Tata Motors has sold 7,922 more units in April this year as compared to last year. If we talk about 2022, this figure was 72,468 units in the month of April. Whereas in the month of April 2021, Tata Motors had sold 41,729 units. This means that since 2021, there has been an increase of about 86 percent in the sales of Tata Motors in the month of April.
Sale of more than 100 units every hour
Tata Motors has scored a century every hour in terms of sales in the month of April. Yes. If we look at the total sales of Tata Motors in April on an hourly basis, then about 108 units have been sold daily. In the year 2023, the figure here was seen to be around 97 units. Whereas in the year 2022, the situation was a little better and the company sold about 101 units every hour. On the other hand, in the year 2021 this figure was only 58 units. 31 percent increase in CV sales
The motor vehicle manufacturer said in a statement, the company’s total domestic supply increased by 12 percent last month to 76,399 units as against 68,514 units in April 2023. Total passenger vehicle sales increased by two percent last month to 47,983 units, which was 47,107 units in April 2023. Total commercial vehicle sales in April 2024 were 29,538 units, which is 31 percent more than 22,492 units in April 2023.
