Ingredients for Masala Bread

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tomato pureed
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 small carrot finely chopped
  • 1/2 small capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • salt as per taste

Cut the bread slices into small pieces and keep them aside in a bowl. – Now take a pan and heat butter in it. Add minced garlic and onion and sauté for 2 minutes. Chilli has been modified in this. Mix all your favorite vegetables like tomato, carrot. Leave the vegetables like this for 3-4 minutes. – Now add your favorite spices, ketchup and salt to it. If you want, you can also add chaat masala to it. – Now cook it on gas for 1 minute. Finally, add the modified bread pieces and fry them well in the mixture. – Now mix everything again for 1 minute and turn off the gas. You can serve it with your favorite chutney or tea-coffee.
