Then Constable Shailesh reached that flat by hanging from the balcony of the adjacent flat with the help of the outer grill. He opened the door from inside and took the young man out. Shailesh said, “The door was locked from inside. When we entered inside, he had already drunk the poison. I immediately snatched the remaining poison bottle from his hand. But by then he had drank some and started vomiting.” After this the young man was immediately taken to the hospital, where his life was saved. This young man who attempted suicide works in a diamond cutting factory in Surat. His life could be saved due to the intelligence of the police.
