Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Wednesday filed a ST-SC case against Enforcement Directorate (ED) officials. Get it done. But wrong information has been given in this FIR. According to the Election Commission and the Assembly, Hemant Soren is the MLA from Barhet assembly constituency, which is part of Sahebganj district.

Let us tell you that Hemant Soren has filed a complaint against the ED officials in the ST-SC police station of Dhurwa. The ED officials against whom FIR has been registered include Devvrat Jha, Kapil Raj, Aman Patel, Anupam Kumar. Soren has filed an FIR against these officers under Section 3(1) (P)(R)(S)(U) of the ST SC Act.
