Fans of ‘ may have to brace themselves for another twist. Fresh reports claim that Paresh Rawal has apparently stepped away from the much-awaited comedy sequel again, despite earlier buzz about the original trio finally reuniting.
Media reports suggest the actor returned his R11 lakh signing amount along with interest and compensation after reportedly expressing concerns over the film’s payment structure and long production timeline. We have learnt that the veteran actor was uneasy about receiving the bulk of his reported R15 crore fee only after the film’s release, which may now happen in 2026 or 2027. Neither the actor nor the makers have officially commented on the matter.

Mirzapur star Divyenndu is making his Telugu cinema debut as the menacing Rambujji in Ram Charan’s upcoming sports drama, Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter India, the actor opened up about the immense challenge of delivering dialogue in a completely unfamiliar language, admitting, “It wasn’t easy; I had to mug up big lines.” The specific dialect of the period film proved challenging because “Telugu doesn’t have many pauses, it’s quite breathless.” However, navigating this new cultural landscape ultimately paid off, with the actor revealing, “I fell in love with filmmaking all over again.”
