Note extra tips
You can add some nuts and seeds to the porridge by lightly roasting them in desi ghee. This will bring crunch and also increase nutrition. After frying the porridge, add the remaining desi ghee to it last. This gives an excellent aroma. If you eat less ghee then leave it. While cooking porridge in milk, add a little water and keep stirring it occasionally, otherwise it sticks to the bottom.
