Recipe Tips: Make delicious carrot pickle in winter season

necessary ingredients:

  • Carrot – 2 kg
  • Turmeric powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Red chilli powder – 4 teaspoons
  • Cumin – 4 teaspoons
  • Dry mango powder – 2 teaspoons
  • Mustard oil – 600 grams
  • Salt – 2 bowls
  • Fennel – 4 teaspoons
  • Fenugreek seeds – 2 tbsp
  • Mustard – 2 tbsp

 

 

 

You can prepare it like this:

– First of all, cut fresh carrots into thin and long pieces.

– Now place it in a vessel and add turmeric and salt to it.

– Now add mustard, cumin, fenugreek seeds and fennel in a pan and fry.

– Grind them coarsely in the mixer.

– Now mix them with carrots.

– Now heat mustard oil.

– Now cool it and add it to carrot pickle and mix well.

– Now put the glass jar in it.

In this way your carrot pickle is made.
